Please read before booking your appointment.

A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is required. To cancel or reschedule you can log into the booking portal on our website, email or text us at (929)265-7875.

Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Cancellations, rescheduling without a 24 hour notice, or No Show will be charged for the full appointment cost.

Please understand that when you cancel, reschedule without a 24 hour notice, or no show for your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Since the services are reserved for you personally, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

Exceptions will be made for illness. If you become ill the day of your appointment please text us at (929)265-7875 so we can reschedule.


Product Returns
The skincare products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened.

Concurrent Skincare Treatment Policy
AcneClinicNYC does not allow other skin care treatments while you are being treated with us.  

Health Issues
If you are prone to cold sores, please take an antiviral medication before your appointment.

For New Clients
If you have been on Accutane equivalents, you MUST discontinue use for 3 months prior to coming in for your first appointment.

If, after the consultation, you decide to continue with us as an acne client, you will be required to purchase the recommended products.

 All packages expire in 12 months. All packages, consultations and treatments are not refundable.
