Cancellation, Rescheduling Policy

We take appointments very seriously and consider it a commitment. The commitment is very strict.
There is a cancellation fee of $100 applied if you do not cancel/reschedule within the 2 business days (not including weekend or holidays).

We kindly request that you please send us the text message at (929) 490-7770 or email to acneclinicnyc1@gmail.com within 2 business days of your appointment in case you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you are late for your appointment, please know that the service will be shortened up to the remaining planned time for your treatment, and the full priced will be charged.


Concurrent Skincare Treatment Policy
AcneClinicNYC does not allow other skin care treatments while you are being treated with us.  

Health Issues
If you are prone to cold sores, please take an antiviral medication before your appointment.

For New Clients
If you have been on Accutane equivalents, you MUST discontinue use for 3 months prior to coming in for your first appointment.

Product Returns
The skincare products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, provided they have not been opened.

 All packages expire in 12 months. All packages, consultations and treatments are not refundable.
