Cancellation, Rescheduling Policy
We take appointments very seriously and consider it a commitment. The commitment is very strict.
There is a cancellation fee of $100 applied if you do not cancel/reschedule within the 48 hours.
Anything after our 48 hours grace period does result in an automated $100 charge per every hour you have an appointment for.
We kindly request that you please send us the text message at (929) 490-7770 or email to acneclinicnyc1@gmail.com within 48 hours of your appointment in case you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please be advised that the only way we can excuse a late cancellation or rescheduling inquiry is with a doctors letter or phone call stating you are unable to make your appointment due to a medical emergency. We do NOT accept any of the following:
- at home tests (including Covid rapid tests)
- pictures of a thermometer or your temperature vitals
- email from a doctor

If you are late for your appointment, please know that the service will be shortened up to the remaining planned time for your treatment, and the full price will be charged.
AcneClinic NYC reserves the right to decline future appointment requests from clients who have three or more cancellations within a 12-month period, unless the cancellations are due to health or family matters and supported by valid documentation. This policy is in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all clients while maintaining an efficient and fair scheduling system.
Privacy policy
At Acne Clinic NYC, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and treatment history to provide you with personalized skincare services. This information is securely stored and used only for treatment purposes, appointment scheduling, and communication with you about our services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Concurrent Skincare Treatment Policy
AcneClinicNYC does not allow other skin care treatments while you are being treated with us.
Health Issues
If you are prone to cold sores, please take an antiviral medication before your appointment.
For New Clients
If you have been on Accutane equivalents, you MUST discontinue use for 3 months prior to coming in for your first appointment.
All packages expire in 12 months. All packages, consultations, skincare products and treatments are not refundable.
